If you run an SME in Malaysia, a company profile is the document you send to tender committees, banks, and corporate clients before they take you seriously. These days it comes in three forms — a designed PDF, a printed booklet, and increasingly a website. Here is exactly what each one costs with HaikaiTech Solutions.
The short answer
- A designed company profile (PDF/print): RM800–RM1,200.
- A company profile website: from RM1,500.
- Both together: quoted according to the document and website scope.
That’s our published pricing, and below is what sits behind it.
Why a company profile matters in Malaysia
A company profile is your first impression in a tender evaluation, a bank onboarding, or a corporate vendor meeting. Evaluators skim it to answer three questions: what do you do, have you done it before, and can I reach you. A clean, organised profile answers those in seconds — a generic one sends your PDF to the “maybe later” pile.
That’s also why we sell the profile as a design product, not a data-entry job. Formatting your own Word document into a PDF is free; making it look established is a service.
The PDF profile: RM800–RM1,200
The profile itself — the polished document you send as a PDF and print for meetings — costs RM800–RM1,200 depending on three things:
| Factor | What it changes |
|---|---|
| Number of pages | More sections (company, services, projects, team, clients) push toward RM1,200 |
| Content readiness | If we write or restructure your copy, the price moves up |
| Design complexity | Simple clean layout is at the low end; heavy custom illustration is at the high end |
The result is a document you own outright, delivered in print-ready and digital formats.
The company profile website: from RM1,500
A website takes the profile from “sent when asked” to “found when searched.” A selected Website Siap promotion may start from RM1,500 and may fit a focused company-profile scope. The formal quotation confirms the page count, content, integrations, timeline, ownership and recurring costs.
After launch, domain, hosting, software and maintenance costs are identified in the quotation where applicable.
Bundling both — the common choice
Most Malaysian SMEs want both: the PDF for tenders and the website for everyone else. HaikaiTech can quote the two together after confirming the document length, content readiness, website pages, revisions and any CMS or integration requirements. Previous client-specific bundle totals are not public package prices.
What changes the price
Beyond the base package, the usual add-ons for company profiles in Malaysia:
| Add-on | Price |
|---|---|
| Bilingual content (BM/English) | From RM500 |
| Professional copywriting | Quotation |
| Business email setup | RM150 |
| Logo design | From RM300 |
| Professional photography | Quotation |
What makes a profile actually win
The design only gets you in the room — the content wins. A profile that performs covers: your capabilities and services, proof of work (past projects with names if possible), your team, and a single clear contact point. If you can add numbers (years operating, projects delivered), do.
Common questions
Do I need a PDF profile or a website? Mostly both, but they can share one source. Many clients start with the PDF, then publish approved content as a website. The combined quotation depends on both scopes.
Can the PDF and website be quoted together? Yes. The quotation can combine both deliverables and identify the pages, content responsibilities, revisions, website functionality and handover terms.
Can you write the content for me? Yes — copywriting is quoted separately, or you can bundle it. We don’t publish anything you haven’t approved.
We’re based in Kuala Lumpur — do you work with KL companies? Yes. We’re a Penang-based studio serving businesses across all of Malaysia — most of our clients are in Kuala Lumpur, and everything runs remotely with calls and WhatsApp.
